Car Seat Safety

Here's a great quick read article on why keeping your car seat rear-facing until your children are 2+ years old is a good idea.  Most people think you have to turn them around at a year, but research has shown that they are safer if they are not forward facing.  We purchased a giant convertible car seat the goes up to 55lbs for just this reason, it will enable us to leave Julian rear facing comfortably for as long as we can.
