Smoothies have become a tried and true way to get breakfast and protein into our little man. He refuses to eat meat in any form, and yogurt and cheese lose their appeal quickly. I've taken to blending up half a frozen banana, cashew butter, whole milk, whole milk yogurt, and any other fruit I have laying around (blueberries and strawberries are always a big hit). I got a Foogoo thermos with a straw for him because the take-n-toss straw cups (below) are way to easy to rip the straw out of and fling smoothie all over the place.
